Pinch Hitting Trivia of Note

From 1974-78 Ed Kranepool of the Mets was 57 for 144 (.396) with 5 HR and 35 RBI pinch hitting (only 27 for 144, .188 before and 6 for 37, .162 after, 90 for 325 total .277 with 6 HR and 45 RBI)

Jose Martinez of the Cards was 16 for 32 (.500) with 2 HR and 2 RBI from start of career in 2016-17; but is just 6 of 32 (but with 8 RBIs!) since.

1/3 season leaders, 2019

1/3 season leaders, 2019

The 54 game mark is a nice neat marker at which to look at what season totals leaders are on the way towards. In order to even out those from teams with more games earlier with those who, due to sceduling or posteponements have fewer games early on, I've taken these totals over the last 5 days as succeeding teams reached the 54 game mark.

Games: Just 18 players from the 30 teams total have played in every game so far, including three each from both the Braves and the Cardinals.
