From 1974-78 Ed Kranepool of the Mets was 57 for 144 (.396) with 5 HR
and 35 RBI pinch hitting (only 27 for 144, .188 before and 6 for 37, .162
after, 90 for 325 total .277 with 6 HR and 45 RBI)
Jose Martinez of the Cards was 16 for 32 (.500) with 2 HR and 2 RBI from
start of career in 2016-17; but is just 6 of 32 (but with 8 RBIs!) since.
